We do not subscribe to such an approach - we offer Digital, Flexography and Rotogravure print solutions based upon proper discovery and what aligns best to your goals. We can print and laminate locally or we can import to minimize costs while adhering to time lines and quality standards.

Pre-press
Our internal print division and production artists are employed for one reason, to look after your print job. We start with proper discovery, develop the specs, choose a technology, create samples, develop die lines and master proofs and then ultimately deliver a finished good on time. We can make your vision come to life and tame the creative process so that it does not get unruly. Shannon truly understands that your product needs to be differentiated from the competitive offering. We are not just creative for the sake of being creative – we need to make you money.

Digital
We have a unique digital solution as we utilize both narrow and wide web digital presses. We have over 25 different structures that we can print and either laminate or e-beam coat for maximum protection. Whether it is rollstock for a (FFS) form, fill, and seal machine or a Stand Up Pouch, digital printing may be the solution for you. There are no plates or cylinders to purchase, volumes are extremely low, and the resolution/trapping is outstanding. Digital printing is a proven and effective method when there are many SKUs, relatively low volume, and if packaging may or will change frequently.

Flexography
Shannon utilizes flexo printing here locally. We have narrow, mid, and wide web solutions available to you. Whether it is a simple 1 color warning print or a 10 color masterpiece, we are interested and want to earn your business. Our lead time is typically 4 weeks for rollstock and pouches. Flexo is the predominate technology utilized here in the US so we have a large bank of experience to call upon when challenged.

Rotogravure
Shannon is very prideful of our imported print program. We have been importing printed pouches for over 16 years and have the partners, protocol, logistics and quality systems in place to ensure success. Most importers quotes are 8-11 weeks for a lead time. Shannon quotes 8 weeks due to its ability to control all aspects of the project. All artwork and pre-press is completed here at Shannon Packaging. No need to wait or try to communicate in plain English.
